Coastal Club – the HOT Delaware Community is Coming Soon in 2015
What do we know so far? We know there are 3 builders at the Coastal Club in Lewes: Schell Brothers, NV Homes and Beazer. We know there will be a total of 600 or so homes when complete. It will be a Gated Community for all ages with planned amenities not found elsewhere in Delaware. There are still a lot of questions and we are working on getting the answers.
At this point, the new Coastal Club promises the ambiance of a quaint sea town with a scenic style all its own. Conveniently located minutes from Route 1 on Beaver Dam Road in Lewes, it will be a gated resort designed after some of the best resort communities in Florida. Situated around a 42-acre nature preserve with an authentic lighthouse, the community will have over 600 homes and five miles of walkways. Site work at Coastal Club is underway with a vision including unique streetscapes, remarkable amenities, stunning homes and a grand entrance with nautically-inspired details.
