Boomer Business Blossoms in Delaware

So you’re settled in your new home, are you ready for some Business Workshops and Education Seminars?

A survey by Small Business Labs posted online at www.smallbizlabs.com, studying the attitudes related to working past traditional retirement age, finds “a large percentage of older workers tend to be self-employed and/or start micro-businesses.” Continuing on, “about 27% of Americans aged 65+ that are still in the workforce are self-employed, compared to about 10% of the overall workforce.”

It’s clear from this survey that, “small business formation will be increasing as aging baby boomers choose to work past 65 and that older workers are much more likely to be self-employed than younger workers.”
